The Insurance Forum

Joseph M. Belth founded The Insurance Forum, an independent monthly periodical.  He was its editor for its entire forty years of publication, beginning with the January 1974 issue and ending with the December 2013 issue.

Belth started The Insurance Forum after experiencing, over an eight-year period, thirty-one incidents of censorship by insurance trade magazines, professional journals, and professional organizations. His sole objective was to create a vehicle that would allow him to communicate with individuals and organizations in the insurance business without censorship.

Further information is available at www.theinsuranceforum.com. The website includes a list of the titles of all the articles published, and an annual percentage rate (APR) calculator for semiannual, quarterly, and monthly insurance premiums.
